Mixed Media Tutorial: Stamping With Mists
I had received some new stamps earlier this week and wanted to play a little. Since I've been stamping for a couple decades now, I've finally gotten the courage to not be so perfect or to not be upset about imperfect impressions. This is a huge step for me and it also means that I'm having more fun experimenting and playing with stamps again.
Round-up of Mixed Media Tutorials Using Spray Inks and Mists
I thought it would be a good idea to do a round up of all the mixed media tutorials using spray inks and mists. I'm ready to use another medium for the mixed media tutorials.
This week was so busy with the last week of homeschooling before our summer break and the last week of swim lessons, I didn't have time to put together a tutorial this week. I did however buy some yummy supplies at Costco this week and I can't wait to start playing and sharing some new tutorials with you!

Mixed Media Tutorial: Emboss Resist with Mists and Spray Inks
I'm still working away at creating fun 4th of July goodies for my Week 27 pocket scrapbook page. I had so much fun using all the star stamps I have from the recent Sweet Stamp Shop and On Cherry Hill releases. I just adore white stars with a navy background and this tutorial is so easy and fun!
Mixed Media Tutorial: Creating Fireworks With Mists and Spray Inks
I had sooooo much fun creating this 4"x6" pocket title card. I have to warn you though, it's messy, so take it outside.
Mixed Media Tutorial: Mist Splatters... Big, BIGger, BIGGEST
Oh my goodness, I had so much fun doing this. I actually took this one outside knowing I was going to make a mess. Seriously, too much fun! I can't wait to do it again!
Mixed Media Tutorial: Dipping Your Journal Cards In Misty Puddles
It's been a really rainy week here and I was inspired by the puddles I saw outside. I thought it would be fun to make some puddles out of mists and spray inks for our papers to jump into. I really loved how it turned out and can't wait to share it this really easy tutorial with you.
You don't always have to journal on your scrapbook pages!
I think I just shocked myself by saying that! I've always said that a story needs to be told on each and every page.
BREAKING THE RULES
Today, I am making that exception and breaking my "rule". Since I have a series of professional photos taken at Epcot, I really don't need to make sure I've written on every single page. As long as I journal on one of the pages, it's pretty obvious that we didn't travel the world in just an hour, but that we traveled the world at Epcot.
