About Me

I want to encourage and inspire you in mixed media art, art worship and DIY projects, all with intention, fulfillment and joy!

I am an introverted hippie, devoted wife, homeschooling mama to three kiddos, believer in Jesus - my Savior, hybrid pocket scrapper, art journaler, mixed media artist, digital scrapbook designer, Nikon girl, Lightroom + Photoshop Silhouette user, singer, and lover of the arts. I love teaching, and inspiring people to be creative.

The main purpose of this blog will be to provide tutorials and tips. I have a love and gift for teaching and inspiring you to give new techniques a try. I will be sharing many different types of tutorials from hands-on mixed media tutorials, to digital and hybrid tutorials. One of the benefits of being a hybrid crafter is that I have a knowledge of both digital techniques and hands-on techniques. I like to experiment with many different mediums and want to share the fun and how-tos with you. Once in awhile, I'll show you that sometimes my experiments fail just to keep it real. I want you to know that there is beauty in imperfections and to embrace them and love your projects.

Along the way, I will share some freebies that go along with the tutorials or go along with being creative, or just because I really liked something I created and wanted to share them with you. Through many trials and errors and figuring things out, I want to be able to share things that will make memory making and creative arts easier for you.

My love language is gift giving and so I want to give gifts to you as much as I can, so if you have any ideas for things you'd like to have to make your memory keeping easier, let me know... I'd be happy to help out and share them with everyone.
