I'm sooooo close to finishing up 2014's weekly pocket scrapbooking album. I actually only need to do my journaling and labeling, that's it.



I'm chalking it up to the Busy Mom Syndrome. The thing is, I'm not disappointed in myself. I got a lot done, and I can't complain. I also might have gotten a little distracted by wanting to do some mixed media art this weekend and took a break from the memory keeping. I needed the creative outlet though and I LOVE the project I completed!

It happened, I fell behind in my weekly pocket scrapbooking project!!! I got caught up in all the crazy busy schedule of birthdays and holidays and my weekly pocket pages ended up getting put aside for two months. My goal is to get caught up super fast and then show you how I did it. Here's what I plan to do!

I'm excited to share with you another way that I organize my scrapbook and mixed media supplies. I really LOVE rainbows, so it seems fitting to organize my mists, spray inks and paints in rainbow order too.

I bought these great spice racks from IKEA many years ago when we were in need of some additional storage space in our apartment kitchen. 

This past weekend the kids were sick and we needed to clean the house for our upcoming homeschool coop at our house. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do a little organizing of my scrapbook supplies. I had had my Project Life cards organized by color, but all my embellishments were just thrown into a big bucket. This made it really difficult to find things that I wanted to use and therefore they just sat in the bucket and never got used.
