It's hard to believe we're nearing the end of this workflow series. I've shared so much information yet, I feel like I haven't even started. As we close out the series, I'm going to share some more of my favorite tools and why I choose them.
I'm also going to be sharing in the next few weeks, some photography tips and tutorials, as well as how to save for web and upload to galleries. The end of November, I will be sharing how I prepare for Ali Edward's December Daily.
Today I'm going to share with you my favorite album and why. I have two very rambunctious boys and they keep me on my toes all day. They also like to look through these albums, almost every day when they have some free time. My girly girl likes to look through them too, btw.
Because I have two tough boys, I need something that's going to hold up to how rough they are with the albums. I can tell you I have a favorite because I've tried others and they didn't hold up and literally broke just from the boys flipping through the pages.
The only one that's ever held up to them flipping through the pages every day is the We R Memory Keepers classic leather albums. I LOVE them!!! I will seriously gush over them time and time again. They are unmatched in quality, seriously!!!
Unfortunately, they can be pricey at full price. I usually wait for them to go on sale BOGO at Michaels or Joanns and then stock up. Sometimes on Black Friday they'll have an extra 20% off coupon in addition to the BOGO sale and I really try to stock up then before the clock runs out... these albums are usually the only thing I go out and brave the Black Friday crowds for, LOL.
NOTE: I do not have any direct affiliate with We R Memory Keepers, this post is from my own years of experience. They have not approached me to do a review or sponsor this post nor have I approached them. Everything said is my own opinion and said out of my genuine love for their albums.
Also, before I leave you for the day... Silhouette has released the brand new Silhouette CAMEO and it is available only on their website for the first week and expected to sell out quickly... if you're looking for some enabling, check it out!!!
Here's a great video introducing the CAMEO: http://vimeo.com/109052044
AND, the October Promo is still going on, for a Portrait (what I use) and a pretty awesome bundle of specialty media to go with it... use code GREENWOOD for discount to apply at checkout.
