March 2014 - page 3 (week 11)

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't have any photos of my sweet girl, Moriah this week. I'm shocked and not surprised at the same time. We're usually so busy with school that I forget to take out the camera to take photos. The bigger kids were sick starting on Friday and Asher got to hang out with us the whole weekend. It was almost like having an only child again since the big kids were sleeping all day. I've forgotten what that was like, though, I did really miss them. Asher was so excited because he got to sleep on his mattress on the floor in our room. It was a test for him to see if he was ready for a "big boy" bed. He did totally awesome!!!

It was Mark's birthday on Saturday and it was such a bummer that the kids were sick, but he made ME breakfast in bed.... wait... isn't it supposed to be the other way around? It was so sweet and I'm so thankful I had the time to sleep in and enjoy reading and eating a yummy breakfast.

We have a little bunny living under our patio steps. He's so adorable and we just stared at each other. The kids have loved seeing him come back. I couldn't get a really great photo since I knew he would hop away if I opened the door and tried to get closer, so I made sure to explain the photo.

Asher finally got the bug on Saturday night, but Sunday you would have never guessed he was sick. He was jumping around and totally himself. Finally, in the evening, he was sick again. I just am sooooo over this winter. We've been blessed to not have been sick most of the winter and the last few weeks have been really hard on us! I'm ready to get outside and run around and explore nature!
