June 2014 - Week 26 in my weekly pocket scrapbook album

We had such a fun week of playing with magnets for science. I have to tell you that I LOVE documenting our homeschool with weekly pocket scrapbooking. Usually I just grab the iPhone, but this week, I really wanted to grab the dSLR and get some better quality photos of their creations. It just reminds me how much I prefer the quality of the big camera over the smart phone photos. Even with all the fun apps for filtering and editing, there just isn't anything that comes close to the quality of a dSLR.

WEEK 26

Don't get me wrong, I love that I can document moments that happen while we're out and about and don't have the big camera with us, and I'm so thankful for being able to use the iPhone for night time photos, like the photos of Asher out on a trip with Daddy and the kids out catching lightning bugs, or Isaac at his ENT appt.
